ABOUT PREZONA

Prezona Design is a collaboration between two friends and talented designers, based on Boston's North Shore, serving clients from Manchester-by-the-Sea to Manhattan. Their design philosophy is based on elegant simplicity, combining eclectic and beautiful objects, often from nature, creating curated yet warm and inviting spaces. They have an appreciation for a timeless, comfortable style that is at the same time chic, and can be enjoyed everyday, lending itself to effortless entertaining.

SHELAGH SCHYLLING

Shelagh's educational and professional background has been largely focused on the visual arts and design. She graduated with a BA in Art History from McGill University in Montreal, where she interned at the Montreal Museum of Arts and at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston. She spent a junior semester in Rome, and after graduating from McGill, she attended the Sotheby's Decorative Arts Program in London. She worked at Sotheby's in New York City, in both the Old Master Paintings and Impressionist Paintings Department. While living in New York, she attended the Masters in Art History Program at the Institute of Fine Arts at NYU. Currently, Shelagh is pursuing an Interior Design Degree at The Boston Architectural College. She has worked as a North Shore liaison for Sotheby's, and has served at the Cape Ann Museum as a Board Member, a Collections Committee Member, and a Fitz Henry Lane Committee Member.

 

CYNTHIA RAE TALLETT

Cyndy has been interested in design from a young age, re-imagining the old, neglected mansions of her Connecticut hometown, and even started a neighborhood beautification project as a teen.  

Cyndy graduated with a BA from Providence College, and spent her Junior year in Fribourg, Switzerland. She is currently studying design and architecture at The Boston Architectural College. She held roles in Design and sales for Country Traditional in Manchester, MA, was an Interior Design Partner at a St. Louis Company bringing an east coast vibe to the Midwest, and was also a Design Partner and project manager at Harbor Home in Manchester, MA.
